MY NAME IS DAN.
I am Dan Hendon. Early on in our marriage, I was working 90 hours a week as a solo pastor in a small church that paid me for part time work. I had no work-life balance, and I paid for it with my health.
Over the course of a few very trying years, God started teaching me about living a life for Him that did not just include working for Him but incorporated resting in Him. I am still a pastor at a small church, but I have much better work-life balance. One vital resource God has used to help me grow in resting in Him has been through coaching.
2018 was the hardest year of our lives. I was in between pastorates, we had two small boys and another on the way. Boy #3 was diagnosed with a fatal syndrome. In the middle of all of that I got the opportunity to be trained as a coach with the John Maxwell Team empowering me to work with others, helping them overcome their own road blocks in their businesses, ministry, and life.
Since then I have worked with hundreds of people to explore the vision that God has given them to expand His kingdom through them. It has been wonderful, exciting and hard, but incredibly fulfilling.
Each of the clients I work with overcomes obstacles that they could not see a way around. As I work with a client, I help them to see the bigger picture of where they are and where they are going. I help them to step out of the mess they might be in and equip them see their business or ministry in a new light.
The coaching, teamwork, and accountability that I offer my clients is unmatched. I get to pray with my clients for wisdom and guidance and we both work toward getting to the vision that God has entrusted to them.
I truly love working with others and getting to see the breakthroughs they are achieving as they keep moving forward into the life that God has prepared for them.

At the age of 16, I felt God’s call to go into ministry. I have now been actively serving consistently for over 20 years and over 10 years of being a solo pastor. Being a pastor gave me the opportunity to observe and work with many people with a heart for God and a passion to serve but they struggled to find the path God had for them.
When I first learned about coaching, I realized how perfectly coaching and pastoring are aligned. I help people every day grow in their spiritual faith as a pastor and a coach.
I help my clients press into the passions, skills, and gifts God has blessed them with so that they can experience the joy of having a business that is designed for their availability to do whatever God calls them to do.
As I work with clients, I create a custom coaching experience for each person I work with. That means that during our session I am 100% focused on my clients and helping them create a strategic action plan that they will work, and will work for them.
In this way I have helped clients sift through all of their abundance of ideas to focus in on what God is directing them to create. Often my clients walk away with a plan to outline, develop, and/or launch a product that servers their customers.
I help my clients increase their profit I helped a client with an established business increase his business profits by 15% within just a few weeks. Another was able to solve an $80,000 issue that seemed impossible to him. I have helped authors who felt stuck finish projects and organize their schedule for productive writing.
Each and every one of my clients gains focus by working with me and as a result are empowered to accomplish more in a shorter period of time I am so excited to share more success stories with you...But even more than that I look forward to hearing from you the success our partnership brings you. I have several different levels of coaching to choose from, but the one I am most excited about is the one named Lead Like Jesus. Lead Like Jesus is a community based coaching experience where once a month I do live calls where you can hop on and ask me anything (AMA’s).
